hey bhpians... u must all be familiar with the nemesis.after the bodykit and a new ICE setup i am thinking of adding a turbo/ turbos(2). since this board has some real expert people i would like to take there advice and suggestions...everyone is please invited to post suggestions or advice.

P.S. just to remind you its an accord V6..

Though a Turbo setup would be Kick A$$, why dont you do some justice to the Mugen sticker that you have on your car and get a Mugen chip/parts to enhance performance.
As you might know Mugen is offically imported by Linkway Honda in bombay so you could contact them.

As Sahil suggested contact Linkway Honda for some Mugen performance enhancements or contact KS Motorsports for the turbo. I beleive he has recently fitted a turbo on a Accord belonging to a Tbhpian.

The turbo is a great idea... especially if you looking at low boost kind of settings and great reliability. Please make sure you get the right electornics and the fuel system to get it to work right.

Just a suggestion; before going in for a turbo, why don't you get the 6-speed manual for the V6 from the states and bolt it on? See if the performance is sufficient, and THEN go for the turbo. The manual will knock about 1 and a half seconds off your 0-100, and will reduce your transmission lag and increase your top speed significantly.

Chipping and transmission alone will ensure 250 horses going to the front wheels with sufficient brutality...

Auto to Manual?
You have no idea how difficult that would be. I have been trying to source a manual, short throw 6 speed from an Acura TL,CL or 2001 up Honda Accord V6 COUPE as these are the only cars that use this 'box, for the last 2 years.
There must be less than a 1000 Accords on US roads with this box.

You would at least need :
1) The Transmission..good luck here..really..
2) The ECU
3) Shift linkages
4) Shifter box
5) Clutch master cylinder and reservoir
6) Pedal assembly with 3 pedals
7) Entire piping for the hydraulic system that actuates the clutch
8) Slave cylinder that actuates the clutch on the manual trans.
9) Axles from the donor car.

I would highly recommend the Turbo upgrade. But, I would steer you deftly away from a generic kit as the K24 is a very fussy powerplant. Overboost, wrong A/FR's, overheating, etc would literally bring you to your knees in the cost to replace aspect. I am running 7 PSI all day long in traffic with the a/c on and she is just perfect. Over 1000 kms done already.

Sorry, You have the J30-A4 (V6).
Supercharging would seem the only safe and reliable "bolt on" mod for the V6.
It would add a good 60-80BHP and maintain drivability.
There IS a twin turbo kit for the '03 V6, but please believe me, the price would make your eyes water! And i'm not even going to get into the dropping the engine bit..!!

Im sure there's a bolt-on low boost kit.
Might cost around 3 to 3.5 lakhs.
The 3.0V6 is quite an over-engineered one.

On a FWD car do you really need so much of power?
The car will start to torque steer like crazy

Get the J30A5 head, you're good for 253 bhp. A couple of camshafts, a nice set of headers, a decent intake, and you'll be pushing 275 bhp. And no hassles on the AFR front too.

Ap10046, what's the scene on your Accord, boss? Fwhp? Qmile times? 0-100?

We have managed about 7 seconds on a back to back 0-100.
We tried a crude 1/4 and we got about 14 and a bit.
No dyno, so can't assume but the wheel tramping and excessive wheel spinning really limits the launching to under 3500, anything over and its either the tires or the clutch that starts burning. She's become quite wild..!
New stage 3 clutch and bigger intercooler going to go in soon, though

Update : I think the fuel pump is saying bye-bye. Hullo, high pressure (read VERY expensive new pump..@$%&#!!!.)

@ap10046; I meant a NEW tranny. Not a used one. And you forgot a new flywheel/ring and stub as well. Drive shafts don't require replacement, unless retro'ing an LSD from the Acura. But the plus point is that you get O.E. parts, and the mounts are factory designed, and hence minimal hassles. The tranny should be a bolt-on. Cheaper, easier and more reliable than a turbo.

So you've got the 2.4 manual. At 7 psi, you're probably running close to 195-200 ponies, all factors assumed to be ideal.

Not that expensive a Walbro High Volume Fuel pump 255lph which even i am running is approx 7-8K.
