You can try bending it a wee bit by applying a little force.

Finally I have the Bosch wiper Blades

Finally after so many months, i now have BOSCH wipers in my santro.

Oh wow, they cleaned so smoothly, and that irritating screach is gone.
certainly they appear to be more precise than the stocks one.
I paid Rs.280 (Rs.160 + Rs.120) for the two blades

(one is 20inch and one is 17 inch )

Bangalore folks -

The entire Bosh Aerotwin range is available at Metro too. I visited the one on Kanakpura road and their prices were lower than what I've been quoted in the market.

Ran into some very heavy rain on the Chennai - Blr sector last night. About 30km before Vellore (at 6pm) the rain got so heavy that almost everyone had to stop. After that, there were intermittent heavy downpours till I reached Blr at about 11 pm.
The new blades performed well, and nighttime visibility was much better. I had always had a streaking issue with the stock blades.
For all that its worth, the Bosch blades certainly have my thumbs up.

I was caught up into some heavy rain in the Blore-Krishnagiri stretch today.

But unfortunately, the Bosch Wipers that I'd put on some 3 weeks back seem to have conked out. They made too much noise, refused to clean and made some streaks. Had to drive very very slowly after that :(
