Would you know dealers/offline stores in Bangalore that sell StarQ products or should I go ahead ordering from Amazon India? |

I appreciate what you have said about flow and all of your general wisdom on the topic, but is it a waste of money to buy something off the StarQ "domestic" page? I want something that I can carry around, not to mention something, to put it bluntly, cheap :D |

No clue about local dealers in Bangalore, I’m sure there are plenty. Amazon is relatively safe just ensure the product is returnable (in case of any defects). If you want I can share my dealers number from whom I’ve bought my washers and compressors. He’s in Delhi but should be able to ship anywhere in India. |

On the StarQ website, they don’t have any dealers listed for the state of Karnataka, so looks like no authorised sellers here. Please do share your Delhi contact, will be helpful. |

Anytime. Also pay attention to the nozzle size on your gun, you can go up to slightly larger nozzles if you want to trade off pressure for flow, for eg. a larger nozzle may give 8.5 LPM at 100 bar, which is more beneficial for car washing. The first two digits indicate the nozzle angle, in this case 15 degrees. The last 3 indicate the orifice size, 035 in this case. The higher the number, the more flow you’ll get but pressure will drop, lower numbers like say a 025 or 015 will give more pressure at lower flow. The graph below illustrates this well: (100 bar is 1450 psi) Attachment 2613289 |

The nozzles that I have do not have any digits marked on them. I purchased these as a set from Amazon.4 different colors corresponding to different spread of the water jet. https://www.amazon.in/JPT-Multiple-D...1zcF9hdGY&th=1 |

Hi team, our pressure washer hose has a nice big cut and is leaking pressure and water from the end. I need a new hose, does a reputable brand make a good quality replacement for this kind of hose? I also need a new gun and foam lance, seeing good reviews for the JTP lance. Not sure of it's compatibility though. |

I do not know what M at the beginning and 030 at the end means. I am using this with my Karcher K3 which has max pressure output of 120 bar and flow rate of 6 liters/minute. Can you guide me if this nozzle is ok to use with my pressure washer? Is there any guide as to what the minimum nozzle size for a given pressure rating of a washer should be so that the pump will not blow its seals due to a small opening of the nozzle |

Yes the JTP foam cannon is good, comes with quick connectors that will be compatible with the gun assuming you’ve got the same quick connectors on it. (Cannon is a male QC, gun is a female QC). Get a gun with a swivel for ease of use. |

@Aj56 Is this the foam lance that you recommend? And, will it fit the Starq qt-30 washer? Appreciate your help on this thread. |

Yup that’s the one. I paid double over 2 years ago for the exact same thing, reverse inflation lol: It will fit any gun with a quick connect adapter, QT30 comes with QC fittings, so yes it should work fine. |

That commercial label is just marketing, pay no heed. Actual heavy duty commercial units will start at 50-80k for the entry level Chinese models and most are 440V 3 phase. They are designed for long continuous operation without overheating and they use copper wire induction motors. Both of mine use copper induction motors as well. A brushed motor just isn’t durable, will suggest you avoid any machines with a brushed motor. Also stay away from super cheap machines as the internals won’t be high quality, you can ask StarQ what motor specs their machines use but I believe they are induction as well. Even for light domestic use, you want a machine that has at least 20-30 mins of continuous runtime with a decent quality steel braided hose and a good flow rate. |

I'm trying to keep the budget below 10k if possible. Considering pretty much all of them are rebranded chinese units with exaggerated claims of pressure, which one would be best: I also have the hoses, gun, foam cannon and other accessories from the resqtech lying around. |
