I am also using ResQTech PW-101 for the last couple of years. Their support is really good and I am quite happy about the product. Helped myself with a QC/QD gun, hose and other accessories.

Definitely you can get ResQTech. I am also suggesting a couple of other options.
1. Agaro Supreme Plus
2. JTP F5 or F8 model

Both the above models supports QC/D which opens up a host lost of accessories that are QC/D enabled. The ResQTech/Karcher/Bosch all use proprietary connections which need QC/D extensions. Added most of these have long gun and adding an extension to this makes it even longer and difficult to use in a place where space is a constraint.

Alternatively you can get ResQTech/Karcher/Bosch and get a QC/D enabled short gun and hose combo. This is what I have done.

I am using Resqtech PW107 for the last 1.5 years and have acquired a QD adapter. Can you let me please let me know which short gun and hose combo are you using. I am looking for a hose that is soft rubber which does not coil. Thanks

Re: Buying & Using a Pressure Washer

Thank you all for the suggestions. I went ahead and taking advantage of the Amazon Prime Day sale, ordered the ResQTech PW-108. Anxiously waiting for it to be delivered and hoping it stands true to all of the company's claims and people's recommendations.

Can you please share a link for the QD adapter that you are using? I have seen a lot of them on Amazon but none say they are specifically for ResQTech pressure washers and I am unsure which would be actually compatible with the gun design of ResQTech. So far, it seems like the ones designed for Bosch AQT series should be compatible with ResQTech. Highly appreciate your input and suggestion.

I had got a 1 litre foam cannon and a brass adapter from Resqtech only, paid Rs 2,000 for both. Contact Ekhalaque Ahmed 8421225085.

There are two ways by which you can make it QC/D compatible.
1. Get a QC/D connector
2. Change the gun and outlet hose

Get a QC/D connector

You can get this connector as it is compatible with ResQTech.

Change the gun and outlet hose
You can buy a JPT gun and use it as well. The link for the purchase is available here.

I opted for the second option and went ahead with the purchase as the short gun would be of much better use in tight space situations which is the case in my home.

With either of the options you have to buy Quick Connector Set as well. The link for the set is here.

YouTube link on the benefits of QC/D connectors

You can also get some additional QC/D accessories like
1. 5-in-1 nozzle
2. Professional foam cannon for thick foam
3. Turbo Nozzle

Re: Buying & Using a Pressure Washer

Well, my purchase order did not go as anticipated. Had placed an order on 11th September for Shakti S5 Model. It had generally positive reviews and wasn't as expensive as Bosch.

Went through this thread too once. As the OP had called service guys before placing an order, I thought it would be good too, to have a talk with their team to know how they deal with prospective customers.

Had categorically texted them to dispatch it after properly checking to which they replied positively but this is how I received the pump.

I request every reader to please film the unboxing video of any purchase which requires an OTP. I have sent the same video to their customer service team and their sales team. Although Amazon has agreed to replace it, I will update this once I receive their revert,

To top this foolishness, they also enclosed a bill of something which was nowhere related to me but had my order number written at back manually.

Again guys, please film the unpacking of items like this. Poor quality plastic gives up easily especially in these knock offs.

Re: Buying & Using a Pressure Washer

Hello, I am looking for something like this which is battery operated. I dont have access to any socket near my parking hence I am thinking of getting this but the seems to be some issue related to the quality and overall life of the battery. Has anyone used soemthing like this before can you guide me? I am not too confident in buying the 12V ones as its not too convenient for me.

Attachment 2525350
Battery operated or 12V pressure washers generate only 30-50 bar pressure as opposed to 130-150 bar for a regular 220V one. The other point is that all re-chargeable batteries have a life after which they do not retain charge.

Re: Buying & Using a Pressure Washer

50 bar pressure is enough for cleaning. 50-80 bars are ideal sweat spot where the water can clean thoroughly entering rubber beadings and chrome strips. 100 bar pressure and more, the water just bounces off the surface, it is like using a water cannon to clean floors when at maximum a mop & pocha/microfibre will be ten times more effective.

So any suggestions for a cordless pressure washer? Almost everything on Amazon is a generic Chinese make with different names.

Re: Buying & Using a Pressure Washer

Is there a short/compact gun with Quick connector coupling available for Karcher K series pressure washers?

The stock gun is too long and I have some tight areas in my home where I cannot move the gun freely. Hence looking for a compact gun

Karcher has it, so does Makita and DeWalt.

There's even a 3600 PSI 36 volt battery operated pressure washer on sale in US. In India INGCO would be a good brand. Karcher K2 now comes battery operated as well.

I have been using one of these Chinese knockoffs (sceptre brand) for about a year now. Pressure is decent for washing car, especially since mine is ceramic coated. However, not sufficient for a touchless wash which one can do with higher pressure washers. The foam gun doesn't really create thick foam, mostly a very watery thin layer of soap remains.
All said, this has made life a lot easier since using bucket and mug is a lot of effort and time, and I never use wet cloth or duster to wipe my car to avoid scratches.
Exactly after one year completed, the battery life has gone and two batteries are barely enough to wash while car. I am searching for a replacement battery, or will buy another one. When the device was new, one battery was sufficient to wash the entire car, i would use the other battery for washing my bike.
Hope this helps

Re: Buying & Using a Pressure Washer

here is a karcher pro-grade 70 bar

https://m.indiamart.com/proddetail/h...668446562.html

on the other hand there is Total tools pressure washer which is consumer grade but only 24 bar. All the 18v-20v pressure washers peak out at around 24 bar as can be seen from the Black & Decker and Ingco models also below.

then there is Makita pressure washer which gives you 80 bar
