About Vinyl Wraps

Any Idea where 4D Glossy Carbon Fibre Vinyl can be sourced from?
Looking at wrapping the wing mirrors, not a big fan of the matte CF Vinyl hence looking for the Glossy types

My mother was once pullled over for the wrap near her clinic nothing major the cop asked her to pay the fine which was about 100rs I think. The following day my driver and I went to the tardeo RTO and got a form which states that my car has been modified got the car inspected and the form approved. So now the colour change is completely legal

Thanks for the suggestion but I was looking at something that's available in India as I'm pretty much tired of waiting for stuff to arrive be it eBay UK or Aliexpress.

Use DHL. They will deliver it in one week.
The quality is better than what you will get in India almost anywhere and buying it locally will be expensive.

These things are door delivery with no customs issues I assume?

Of the 38 orders placed so far with prices from $1 to $70, never has there been any customs issues.

No extra payment. For delivery but the speed of delivery is slow. Takes 30 to 40 days from shipping. Pretty irritating but no choice. The faster shipping options are available but too costly.

can these wraps be used to get the body coloured look for the ORVM and door handles ? Is this a DIY job ?

Not quite sure how it looks in flesh, but from the pics it looks more like a:

Mercedes Bronze E350

I love the E350 Coupe and personally feel only that gorgeous black or the pearl white suits best.

What about washing the car after a wrapping is done- will it reduce the life of the wrapping? Will this wrap act as a dust magnet or repellent? Kindly excuse the naive questions and also please suggest a good place to do it at Trivandrum.

Recently saw a glossy Chrome wrapped Jaguar and a Purple matt colored 320D in Noida.
Jaguar was looking horrendous IMO.
Beemer forced me to crane my neck twice!

Does such a wrap attracts roving eyes of traffic cops, as in most cases the color metioned on RC would be something else?

Hi all. I got my new Ciaz roof, both rear view mirror, B and C pillar, front windscreen sun shade with gloss black.
Really happy with the outcome on the car.
It is a glistening grey Ciaz with black alloy wheels and now these wrap. Did not have time to click photo, will do it over the weekend.

Was done at Modern Beauty cars garage @ Gopalapuram. They have an accessories shop just opposite E-Avenue.
This is my second job entrusted to Mr. Tanuj.
My previous Ciaz which was total loss in the Chennai floods had wrap done at the same place.

The car was submerged in 3rd basement about 35ft below ground level, it took 21 days for me to see the car. I was imagining that all the wrap and everything would have pealed off.
To my astonishment there was not even bubbling on a 1yr old wrap job.
