Embossed License plate.

I got a pair of license plates for Rs 950 from 'Junction' - accessories shop next to coffee day (near Jain temple), jayanagar 4th block, BLR. Thanks for team-bhp member Santosh for the information. Judging from accessories available and the professional behaviour, looks like I have found a reliable shop.

Posting here, as info might be useful for others.

Any Place in Mumbai where I can get it done for my zen,because earlier my Acrylic Number Plates had broken into pieces & now this thin metal sheet plates are found twisted by children playing with it.I hope this plate is storng enough & can't be twisted or bent.

You can get it done from PFM near Richmond Circle in Bangalore. Costs between 800 to 1000 for a pair for cars. It really looks good in most cars.

I got my embossed license plate for Rs 300 in Kolkata,took 2 days to make.Its cool though.

By the way,this is my 100th post !!

Weren't these plates suppose to be made compulsory for all after a certain deadline?

Where in Mumbai can you get official embossed plates with the genuine hologram,etc ?

you can also get it done in chennai in SPEEDEX , this guy does a pretty neat job all you have to do is call them and tell the car make they will tell u the amt including the courier charge, FIRST courier them a D D (DEMAND DRAFT) and not to forget the registration number clearly written on paper sheet , after they recive within one weeks time you ll recive it

Digging up an old thread, well there's a reason

. I am looking at pointers for shops in bangy who make embossed number plates. My requirement is simple, I don't need the HSNP rather would want something to be done on the lines of a custom plate. Similar to the license plates we find abroad.

I don't wanna go for the vinyl stickers and need some one who does a real good job, preferably in Bangalore north.

Are you going to write something like "namma bengaluru" on your number plate.. as we see 'sunshine state' on TX, 'garden State' on NJ number plates?

I do not have details of any north Bangy shops, better check with your regular car accessory shop guy, he may be able to help you.

Well I already have HSNP on the scorp' and regarding your question I cant stop grinning

. Maggie(theMAG) recommended that I write something like 4x4 Racing. Anyways I have something else on my mind and am hunting for the shop which can do the right kinda job.

They are good and I believe they are one of the few companies that the govt has approved.
Do they have an agent in Bandra side?
