I don't know about the others, but most of these "off-road" centered modified cars here are not going to go anywhere near dirt or "off-road" actually. No offense to anyone. Everyone has their own rights to mod their cars anyway they want. The first Pajero looked nice though. :D

I think it's the same way that a lot of cars with lowered suspension and upgraded brakes never go to the track which is all in good fun.

Do remember that sometimes in India, you don't have to seek the offroading and instead the offroading comes to you. Case in point being flash flooding which happened a month or two ago in Jaipur and Delhi or tons of broken patches of highway in India where you end up getting off the road and drive alongside it in the dirt.

Totally agree on this. Not all modded cars are used for the exact purpose they've been modified for. But that quote was legendary. I personally think that we must make a plaque for it :uncontrol

Really keen to know what a de-cat Nano sounds like, would you have any sound clips or recordings by any chance??:)

I know this is going to be an extremely divisive post, but I personally like it.

I recently got this done to my 2015 Thar for an open-top driving experience. The tough part was to find someone willing to make it such that the soft-top can be removed/put back in not more than 2-5 minutes - so if it starts raining, we can put it on immediately and continue driving.

Am I blowing my own trumpet by posting in this thread myself? stupid: Would love to hear what other members think of the vehicle, or if it belongs to the weird & wacky thread :P

This Cedia definitely looks HOT clap:
I am wondering where this was done and what are the other mods that it may have under the hood.

It reminds me of an orange EVO that I used to see on a daily basis on the way to my work till a few years ago.

Here is a video of a friend's Tata Nano.

Respected Sir,

This custom job is by a BHpian. It is nkrishnap’s work at his car care business Krithi Car Care in Bangalore - www.krithicarcare.com.

Awesome job Krishna Prasad; and I must say that it feels brilliant to help spread the word about the work done by a fellow BHPian and help them with their business.

Please note that I have absolutely no investment or financial interest in Krishna’s business. He is known to me only via the forum and it’s offline network of WhatsApp groups. I have spoken to him a few times and he is stellar guy. But aside from that, I literally do not even know what his face looks like.

Cheers

Here's another photo - but it looks a lighter shade of grey here.

And here's a Gypsy like Maruti 800. It seems to be used by some painting contractor as I have spotted it earlier with a guy sitting on a paint bucket (Cushion seat - no need :D) in the cargo area. I love seeing them enjoy their ride to the fullest extent.

Interestingly, as per their Instagram page, Bimbra 4x4 received the first Thar (serial number 001) for modification. Perhaps it is this one only, not completely sure. Definitely a tasteful mod though!
