Wondering if this should go to the weird and whacky mods thread but this replica looks pretty good.

That is some pretty good metalwork assuming its all made from scratch. Not a fan of the overall result, but some elements like the front fenders, hood, and splitter look like theyre pretty complex pieces to fabricate. And that working "Convertible roof"

A brilliant job done !!

Perfect vehicle when you want to kidnap someone in Mumbai but also need to tackle the potholes to make a quick getaway!
The whole Holy Shift season was quite good actually, entertaining than informative to be honest, but it was fun to watch. Until this point they modded motorcycles, they were challenged to do a car mod and they came up with this! Eagerly waiting for season 2.
And if somebody missed it, this is Gymni, Omni with Gypsy Engine!
Posting a tastefully and functionally (mildly) modified Thar!
- Custom Hardtop
- Hella Rallye 3003 Aux lamps
- Off road steel wheels

Our fellow BHPian Nimish Antony has restored his MR2 AW11. Had been lucky to witness the entire build process which took close to 6 months to complete. It now runs in it's new avatar in Kerala with a custom paint job and was totally an in house build. Sharing few pictures.

Thanks for the pictures foby. Lot of effort and time and gone into converting it to this shape. Will post a detailed review on the same as time permits.
Contessa with a good paint job and nice set of wheels.

Wow! For me the Contessa was the closest we got to a 'muscle' car for the common people in India. Such evergreen classic body lines.clap:

Something has to be done about the front number plate (maybe bend it into a shape parallel to the bumper it is hanging from) - looks like a wound on beautiful body
