looks ghastly, IMHO. No subtlety or 'taste' - just brutish 'look at me' style. Double wheels in the rear ? I have great sympathy for the differential and gearbox.
I vote for it to go in the other thread

The Linea T-Jet needs no introduction. It's powered by the same 1.4L turbocharged engine, found in the the Abarth Punto, but with lower figures.

The folks at Wolf Moto have done a brilliant job keeping one of their Fiats from the stable, in top condition. Well, they've gone an extra mile and made it much faster too. After much R&D, they've come up with the perfect solution for the car.

Mods Done :

1) Wolf Moto Switchable Maps : Yes, you read it right. They've developed Switchable Maps for the car, and a few others. It consists of 4 maps, including the stock one. Each map, excluding stock, was made according to the different grades of petrol available. One map for regular fuel and the remaining two for premium fuel.

Here's how the required map is selected :

2) Full exhaust system : A full exhaust system, including the downpipe, custom made by GRID7 Customs, Thrissur.

3) Wheels and tyres : 16" Abarth Punto Scorpion rims shod with 205/50 Yokohama S.Drive tyres.

4) Custom painted bits by Redfox Autocare, which includes boot, grille, de-chrome, etc.

5) Smoked headlights with custom projector setup.

The End?

A friends Gypsy King. Still one of the best looking machines which people give a second glance.

Linea in this shade looks killer with Abarth Punto alloys :).

I am very skeptical about such high figures on dyno for T jet with just remap and exhaust. But the quarter mile timing of 16.11 seconds is very good and it is even faster than Petes Tuned Abarth Punto :Shockked:.

The climb from 80kmph to 160 kph is insane. We can clearly see that the turbo starts singing at around 2K rpm.

Are gears shifts done during Dyno run ? I couldn't see the blip during gear shifts.

Beautiful car and beautiful remap to match .

Yes. It’s around 0.1s faster than the tuned Abarth Punto featured in Autocar magazine.

The run was done in the 5th gear :)

No air drag, hence more or less expected with the aggressive remap and easier exhaust

My 7 year old polo MPI with some mods

The car has done 253 kmph on dyno lol:. Definitely a fast T jet car considering 16.11 seconds 1/4th mile timing , but on roads it will never hit 250 + :D.

250 is a big number. I suspect it wont go beyond 210 with air drag. The final 50 bhp will be used to climb from something like 190 to 210.

Spotted in Chennai, this lovely SS80 Maruti in 'nostalgia' blue. Tastefully modified with very 80's looking alloys on wider tyres, also the blackened pillars I guess.
