Sometimes you have to admire the fact that it is all the effort that is needed. You can drive that car to dinners without any of your middle-aged businessmen and their drivers ever suspecting anything's off, while enthusiasts and other folk will know what you were upto ;) For the plausible intended purpose, these slight modifications were more than enough. No one is trying to compare cars from different states or crown the A6, however, I think it does atleast deserve a place here :)

I get what you're saying, but I suppose I've just been spoilt silly by the cars on this thread. And our definitions of tastefully probably differ as well. :)

its not particularly tasteful either. If we used this A6 as a comparison, any car in India with a new set of rims and some go-faster stickers could be featured on this thread.

It depends on the liking of the person. Secondly, why do we need to compare a car with that of a specific state or any other modified car? As I said earlier, these mods are done after planning so for this particular A6 model I guess these mods are good enough to make it look pleasing to the eyes. The person who has done it does have some knowledge of his job I guess.

Lastly, If by having just stickers and the rims a car could make it's place on this thread then my friend my Honda City Ivtec would have been a entrant to this thread long back.

My friend, still there are many people who like to live their passion of having a good customized car without going much into the technical details.

Thanks

How about this Civic folks? Red seems to be the favorite color these days.

The Red VW Polo is dominating the thread I guess. So here is my contribution in line with it:

Another perspective could be thats its tastefully restrained.. You are free to exercise your opinion no doubt, but I suppose most of us (me included) feel that that is a well executed mod job.. It is an Executive sedan afterall and not a ricer..

Cheers and peace!!

The red civic looks awesome. The rotors and calipers look woefully small compared the alloys.
Upsized brakes would fill out the wheels better I guess.

Hi ad3952n,

kindly give me more details on this red polo. do you have more pictures ? what rims are on it and where has the body kit & roof wrap been installed ? Any more info would help.

Thanks.

Looks like all the modified cars are from Kerala. Mighty impressed by the quality of the MOD jobs. :thumbs up

Some of the pics have even given me some ideas on how to dress my ride.

How about this one? My modded GT TSi

Quite an ardent car, mate :).

Two tastefully done up Swifts from Mods Own Country. To my knowledge, the yellow one is well packed ;).

Source - Facebook

^^Looks wierd. White one especially without Bilsteins. People should just quit showing off their cars if its not lowered :)

Love these swift sport body kits. Really change the way the car looks.

Get rid of those window deflectors. What color the door handles going to be?
Any mechanical upgrades/modifications in the line?

Hey,

Your suggestion has made me decide that I don't want the window deflectors. They look even worse after the rubbing and polishing were done . The Automech exhaust is in place. Will be picking up the car on Saturday. I shall post pics then. Thanks again for pointing out that the window deflectors look out of place :).

Cheers,
Balaji
