Well quiet a few changes are there in the LX.. will cover them in coming posts

Bumpers, i would have preferred EX version, but then i always like black+gray combo and yes its good in a way that bikeers, ricks and cyclers get to scratch the gray claddigs and not the paint

This is something really amazing changes I found out when looking through the mannuals

Here is the extract from the service manual of my beast... Can you guys spot the changes

It was always there from begining.. EX has overhead coil and blower..which cools albeit better.

OOPS! My bad!

I interpreted it as the overhead coil and rear-blower.

No ..

AFAIK

Earlier 2.2 had 1st service at 1k and then directly @15k 30k and so on...Correct..

My booklet says Service @1k, 5k 15k 30k and so on... and oil & oil filter change at every service (btw nice way for tata to make moolah )

I hope the above info what I knew is correct w.r.t. pre June 2.2 dicors.

Rahul.

congrats on your buy. its a beautiful beast.

sad to hear you purchased it from Pratham. thieves i would like to call them.

be very particular with them, and i advice you stand near your car while its being serviced. also have a word on the bills attached before invoice is made.
and if the service advisor behaves improper, give him a tight slap.

P.S was more glad to see the barcode. its me who has implemented that project across all 3 locations, pune jamshedpur and lucknow.

Ok, the changes are
1. Oil change at 1:
2. Extra oil change service around 5000kms
I went for this extra paid service around 7000kms since oil change was not done at 1K in case of my vehicle.
Looks like Tata realized its not wise to keep orginal oil running for 15K kms!

Yes..
Oil Change @ 1k,5k,15k,30k,45k..A good thing i must say.. seems like they were too optimistic w.r.t to oil change interval in prev batches 2.2...
They must have realized something i guess
