Jaggu what problem did you face with your cabin light? I noticed a strange problem where it remains on even after closing the doors, and doesn't allow Autocop to lock the doors. Instead it signals by a warning beep that a door isn't closed.

It seems one of your door switch is malfunctioning. Please get it checked.

Guys, Today while driving on Greater Noida Express at speeds around 120 km/h, felt engine to be very noisy and lot of noise inside the cabin too. Is it normal with Swift Diesel?

Mine is an ignition key issue, refer back in post for details.

In you case i also think that one of the door switch is malfunctioning. It can be the boot lid or bonnet switch (if installed) also.

Is it road noise/wind noise or engine noise? If windows are up sound will be minimal at 120 kph.

Confirmed from my end, piiter patter is more with Shell Diesel, especially when cold. Engine seemed lil more coarse at high revs also.

Final confirmation once after i shift to good ol IOC and do a mileage check, yup i would have preferred to do more tank fulls for more data, but i somehow dont like the Shell brew (thicker one).

I’ve found IOC regular makes engine pitter-patter more muffled, but deposits more carbon on tail the pipe. IBP regular sounds more pitter-patter, but less carbon one pipe.
One more observation I’ve made carbon from IOC is more oily/ greasy were IBP seemed more dry and powdery (may be that is the reason its less found in the pipe).
FE found more or less same.

Added a digital clock today after much time, MUL guys said that their digital clocks have a problem like time going missing, numbers messing up. Finally settled for Titoni Digital Watch, makes the dash look better since it has the same colour as the instrument panel.

Its always on 24hours, whether ignition is given or not.
