Hi There!!

Hi everyone!!
Finally made it to Team BHP on my second attempt!I am 20 years old and am doing mechanical engineering in bangalore.I love cars and am a petrolhead.I own a Swift and love driving it especially after 10 in the night when roads are empty.I love watching formula 1 and am one of the few who started watching it in 1998 and so was a Haikkinen fan (Schumacher who?!).Anyways nowdays have become a ferrari fan since Kimi Raikkonen moved to Ferrari.I believe in the famous quote "If you wanna win get a Finn!!". Looking forward to discussing cars and making lots of friends on Team BHP!!
Cheers!!!!

Aha, a fellow Hakkinen fan. I respect Mika for his sportsmanship and humility.

These days, it's more between Germans, Brits & a certain Spaniard.

Welcome KRf1. We'd appreciate your taking a quick pitstop by our board rules section.

Thanks GTO. Agree with you totally.Though dont rule out the flying Finn just yet! Remember the fastest lap record which was broken by him last year.Have gone through the rules.

Welcome aboard KRf1.

Please use spaces after punctuation marks to ease readability. Take a look at this thread (Expected Posting Etiquette) for details.

Hey Krf1 - welcome to Team-BHP. I loved Mika's interviews when the commentator would ask these super-long questions and Mika would listen to the entire question answer with a deadpan and gruff "YUS" in that typical Finn accent. Hilarious.

By the way, his name is Hakinnen, not Haikinnen.

Cheers,
Sam

I stand corrected . Thanks Sam . The press conferences were always hilarious even kimi is similar to him. I also miss the legendary Schumi vs Mika battles. Remember the master move at Spa. There is a video on youtube with the onboard camera view from Mika's car through an entire lap as he overtakes schumi at Spa . Brilliant!
