Hey All,

After looking at this forum for the last six months, I've finally joined and boy does it feel great to get on this forum of petrol/ diesel heads.

Currently have a lotta things running like buying a new car and am going crazy doing research on the various forums here.

Hey Man....what a welcome. Thanks a ton all you folks...sahi.

Well. A lil bit about me. Have been a car...plane and engine freak all my life. So am totally into concepts, mods, engines, specs and the stuff.

I also love traveling...did a large part of north and south india alone in my Swift Lxi. Looking to drive down to Ladakh sometime next year. Thats a big reason to join the forum and get some ideas abt that trip.

Cars I own: Well, I've got a 1998 Esteem LX (No PS, Carburetted...), Also a 2005 Swift Lxi (my steed of choice for all the Bharat Darshan) and well...my latest confused love is still a Toss up between the Swift Vdi and the Verna Crdi. Have booked the Verna Crdi since I think its a total techie engine and goes like a roket.

Well...Verna CRDi it is. Now its time to hit the highways and xplore india.
