I landed here while looking for a comparison and owner feedback on Fiesta Petrol Zxi and Verna xi or Aveo 1.6 (one of which I plan to add to my garage in a couple of days).
I kept observing this forum and its activities for sometime and was really astounded to see the involvement and knowledge base shared.
A hearty congratulations to the moderator and the team to bring out such enthusiast under one platform. It is indeed an excellent effort.

In so far as my introduction is concerned : I am a consulting engineer, mainly into Infrastructure networking and electrical engineering consultation. I am based in Kolkata. My hobbies include Photography ( for the last 15 yrs) .. and playing Indian Classical Instrument(s).. partly Numismatics and Travelling.

I started driving since 13 yrs of age( only way I broke the law) and its been almost an experience of 14 yrs, yet everyday I feel that I know nothing about it ( specially after going through some of the threads) ..

I use the following cars :

1) Indica 2000 Lei ( Petrol- Sep-2000) - done 1,61,000kms ands fighting to do some more kms ( with and without the help of TATA Motors)

2) Premier Padmini 1989 ( Deluxe Be- 1989 december) : done 1,71,000 kms.. yet fresh for ano

3) Accent GVS 2003 ( sep'03) : done 47,000 kms ..

Hope to actively contribute to this forum with my limited experience and knowledge.

@shuvc.. nice to hear from you. I have seen my grand father using a car for 30 yrs. even as a kid I used to go to school in a FIAT 1100.. which was once again 3 decades old..

I think the pleasure will be all mine to be a part of those meet. Let me know, I will surely catch up.
