Short Introduction

Hello Everyone,

Finally, a Team-Bhp member and I would like to Thank all the moderators for accepting it.

I have been an avid reader for over 12 years and now here I am writing my first post gives me an immense joy.

I am 39 years old from Pune and working in an I.T industry. I am very much interested in Automobiles since my college days as I wanted to be an Automobile Engineer, got in Information Technology. But the love for machines will be there forever.

I love driving especially listening to old songs in the background. I am also an enthusiastic fan of various sports and play badminton, cricket, carrom.

Vehicles Driven:
1: Hyundai Santro: Initially bought by my father and after 22 years of ownership and over 1.5 lakhs kms finally sold. It was an incredibly sad moment as this was the car which has change our life.

2: Toyota Etios: It was again bought my dad still running perfectly. Its over 13 years and clocked almost 1.10 lakhs kms.

3: Kia Carens: This is my CAR. My current drive which is just over 1.5years and clocked around 22k kms. Team-BHP has played a major part in buying this car.

4: TVS Victor: This used to be my primary bike during college days.

5: Suzuki Access: Used mostly by better half.

6: Hero Honda Hunk: This is a special bike for me as this has been purchased by me once I started earning myself. It is 14 years old, and I drive it sometimes as I use Access.

This was a short introduction about myself. Looking forward to interacting with you in the threads.

Re: Short Introduction

Hello Born2Win,

Welcome to the forum! It's always good to see an engineer on the forum.

22 years with the Santro must’ve been quite a journey. That’s almost like having an additional family member. Would love to read about the Santro if you ever pen down the ownership experience. The same goes for the Etios and the Carens. I like the packaging of the Kia Carens which makes it immense value for money.

A good set of bikes as well. I rode my friend’s Hero Hunk quite a lot during college. I liked the balance of the bike.

Looking forward to your posts on the forum.

Thank you, Omkar!

Absolutely, As Santro was the first car in the family, its always been close to our heart. Every small thing starting from multiple horns, lights, seat covers and many other items I would personally select and check how our car would get benefitted and how it looks. I would love to write an ownership experience about all 3 one day.

I always wanted a seven-seater and when Carens was launched I was onto it from day 1 as it provides overall value for money.

Similar goes to Hunk as well as I always wanted a Macho feeling bike and it has the looks, provided good seating posture and has also enough power as well
Sure. I am also looking forward to contribute as well
