Got BHP? Yes! Hello, Fellow BHPians

Hello Everyone, I hope you all are doing great.
I am Shubham Jhajharia, originally from Jhunjhunu,Rajasthan currently residing at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I am a practising Advocate (Areas of practice Criminal, Company Law, Taxation and Consumer), I am also representing a few automotive OEM’s and dealers before different Consumer forums.

From a very young age I became fond of automobiles, I started my driving and learning journey by driving tractors for short distances in farm and driving a Mahindra Commander on village roads. Fast forward to today, I currently own a Mahindra Thar Crde (2018) and I recently purchased a Mahindra S11 Classic.
I have driven my Thar on road and off-road for approx 85000 Km and my three month old Scorpio has done around 12500 km. I along with a group few other enthusiasts regularly go on off-road and trail drives. Driving gives me a great pleasure however, I get greater pleasure in learning, I read a lot about cars (I have read a lot of articles and threads on team-bhp), watch off-road, modification and review videos, participate in repairs works(yes I enjoy learning about repairs and I try to perform field repairs in case of such urgencies). I wish to learn more through this forum by experiences of other fellow members.

Outside the automotive sector playing volleyball, travelling new places, watching good cinematic work and reading forms part of my hobbies.

The new Defender is on my current Wishlist (A far away dream but I am working hard to achieve it some day, unless Santa gifts me one this Christmas). Also, I have always dreamed of building a vehicle (off-road Specs) for myself and I have commenced my journey towards the same, I have started gathering the required details, money and Knowledge.

Thankyou.
Good day to you all.

That's a high volume of running! Why Scorpio Classic instead of the much improved Scorpio-N? Waiting periods?

Me too, love the Defender, hate the brand's overall reliability.

Thank you, it is my pleasure to part of this community. I’ll definitely share authentic and relevant inputs and ‘defences’ used by the other side which may in come handy and useful to the aggrieved members.

I was always in love with the looks of original Scorpio, waiting and pricing was the deciding factor yes, mine was first of few classic sold by Mahindra and I got it a good price point, for off-road purpose I have retained my Crde therefore, wanted this car to be my work horse, also I have a belief that Mahindra SVC(s) are not ready for XUV700 and Scorpio N as these cars are already facing new issues everyday.
