Hello everyone,
I am Dr. Aviansh Chanana, from Delhi.

These are my first moments here and i cannot control the wide grin on my face. I am sure you have been through the same too.

So this my introduction. I have been born and brought up in Delhi. After which completed my MBBS from this beautiful city called Bhopal. Currently I’m doing a government job and preparing for my MD.

Apart from my love for cars, i share a keen interest in music. I love old rock music from the 70’s, pop from the 80’s and also I’m huge Bollywood music fan. Lata Mangeshkar, RD Burman, Mohit Chauhan, AR Rahman are my top ones. Being a 90s kid i love everything from that era, be it music, movies and cars.

I love older Bollywood movies, Hollywood movies and a huge Family Guy fan.
Favourite directors include Michael Mann, Rakeysh Om Prakash, Quentin Tarantino.

I’d love to hear it from you people as well. Especially those from Delhi or Bhopal, I’d be happy to know more about you guys.

1989 to 1991 : 1985 White Maruti SS80 AC 50,000 kms to 1,00,000 kms

1991 to 1993 : 1987 Blue Maruti SB308 AC

1993 to 2000 : 1993 Silver Maruti SB308 DX sold at 1.5 lac kms

1996 to 1998 : 1989 White Maruti SB308 STD.

1998 to 2005 : 1998 Maruti Esteem VX Type 1 Metallic Blue sold at 1.8 lac kms

2002 to 2010 : 2002 Zen LXi MPFi Miami gold sold at 2 lac kms.

2005 to 2012 : 2005 Hyundai Accent Viva CRDi Charming Grey sold at 2 lac kms.

2009 to 2016 : 2009 Maruti Zen Estilo Red
sold at 1.6 lac kms

2010 to 2016 : 2010 Maruti Alto Pearl Silver sold at 1 lac kms

2013 - Present : 2013 Renault Duster RXL Brown. Currently : 1,30,000 kms

2014 - Present : 2014 Grand i10 CRDi Sportz Silver. Currently : 80,000 kms

2015 - Present : 2015 Honda Amaze SX i-VTEC Blue Currently at 45,000 kms

2016 to 2019 : 2004 Honda City GXi from 18,000 to 1,40,000 kms

2019 - Present : 2008 Honda City CVT 10th anniversary edition.

Since my dad has a running of 200 kms a day in city traffic, he always preferred cheap and reliable Japanese cars except once we bought the Accent Viva CRDi. Kinda love and hate relationship for well known reasons. The Renault Duster, though reliable is solely for highway trips and family functions.
All our petrol cars since 1998 have been on CNG, except the CVT City And the Amaze.
Looking to a long term review of the Duster soon.
