Hello Motorheads!

Hello everyone,

First of all I'd like to thank the admins for approving my membership request.

My name is Sandeep Sarma, 21 years old. I am originally from Trivandrum, Kerala. I am a Freelance Photographer and Blogger based in Bangalore.

I have also been working with FoneArena as a Review and Imaging specialist for the past 5 years.

I have been interested in cars ever since I was a child and earlier this year, in February, I purchased my first car. The Volkswagen Vento.

It's the Vento Highline TDI variant as shown in the pictures.

So far I'm absolutely loving the car and TeamBHP's review of the Vento was one of the reasons why I decided to buy it. So thank you for that.

I had also been reading up on other threads and posts in the foums when I realised I want to be a part of this forum.

So far I've only changed the headlamps to HID 6000k. Other than that I've not done any modification or so yet. Perhaps I'll do more in the future after getting inspired by the other members.

Looking forward to interacting with you all and sharing the love for automobiles

Vento TDI is a great car- this coming from a Vento MFI AT owner- and I am sure you will have many million happy miles in your beauty. Cannot wait to read your travelogues! Do contribute more of your pics here.

Actually these photos were taken with the stock headlamps.

The HID I got is Hamaan 6000k (My guess is the name is ripped off from Hamann Motorsport). Got it fitted for 5k INR from a shop called Auto Stop in JC road. Also changed the interior bulbs to white colour. Don't have any photos yet. But will surely post them once I've taken them.
