Wow! Looks like a Ferrari to me. The truck that carries these cars would also be drool worthy!

I think you are mistaking the red of the container the car is sort of packed in with the red of Ferrari. But I totally agree on the second part. I am having a wild idea of camping on the greater noida expressway to watch the trucks go by (even though I am a race marshal at the GP).

Do have any idea at what time these trucks are moving. I believe it's passing route is IGI Airport - Dhaula Kuan - Lajpat Nagar - DND Flyway - Geater NOIDA Expressway - Yamuna Expressway - BIC. I can camp near Lajpat Nagar. Or I am planning to go to the Airport road from NH8

Cheers!

Thursday is the day when we can get autographs from F1 drivers. Any idea if attending that event requires ticket?

Yeah looks like they are just packed in that Red container.
Your idea of camping is not bad at all . Being a race marshal you will get good view of those trucks. They usually park the entire fleet next to the pit building.

Re: Updates on the Indian F1 track (Buddh International Circuit)

Here's some good news for F1 in India :

F1 to go on, Jaypee to deposit share of ticket sale: SC - The Times of India

Regarding the entertainment tax issue, Supreme Court says the race will happen but Jaypee will have to pay some amount till the matter is resolved.

So, the tax issue is sorted out. Now for the farmers!

Man, we're an interesting country!

Yeah. Just read the sad news. Safety will always be a concern in motorsport. F1 has been relatively safe over the years. Hope to see a trouble free Indian GP.

Re: Updates on the Indian F1 track (Buddh International Circuit)

Hello all,
Is there any news on the question of carrying DSLRs?? Could someone please enlighten me on whether they are allowed for the race or not?? Or atleast share contact details of some reliable source...

I am completely frustrated with this issue. No one has a straight answer... And all I want to do is take some good pictures for myself...

Someone help me out, I'll really appreciate it...
