I happen to call Alonso as Alphonso and Kimi as Kimster.
Not always though.

I'm confused. I love McLaren with a passion and hate Ferrari with - well a passion. BUT Kimi is my favourite driver and Alonso is - well an arrogant jerk IMO so I have no clue who to root for.
Thank you Formula1 for making me hate and love something so much altogether.

Do what I did. Swallow your pride and pick one over the other. I picked Kimi over McLaren, although I did support McLaren since the days of Hakinnen. I still don't support Ferrari, mind you. Just Kimi. My fav team right now: Red Bull !!! I even got a Red Bull F1 t-shirt !!!

Just watched the qualification, which was kinda good to see after a good few months gap. Massa was out in Q2 with mechanical failure (gearbox maybe).

Here are the results as far as i can remember

1. Kimi
2. Alonso
3. Heidfeld
4. Hamilton

Kimi on pole with the Mclarens behind him. I was quite impressed with Hamilton. Nice beginning to his F1 career. But the Super Aguris were a treat to watch :)

A great beginning to Hamiltons career. And Hondas B team outpacing the A team??? I think they should interchange the livery. BMWs on a light fuel load? Mclarens running heavier than Ferrari? Lets see tomorrow. My money is on Alonso.

The BMWs sprung up a surprise. I'll be watching Kubica and hopefully a fightback from Massa tomorrow

In the same boat as you are. I'm yet to sort it out myself.
Maybe, I'll dump both and root for Lewis. Maybe my Mclaren soft corner is more than the Kimi soft corner.

I love Mclaren and Ferrari in the same breath and do not mind anybody on the first 2 places on the podium as long as Alonso sees some dust as even IMO, he thinks he is a gift to F1 racing.

Though I'm a Ferrari lover I'm not a Mclaren hater. I'd love to see Hamilton up there . Hes very very impressive. Kubica is another one to watch out for

There's something seriously wrong with the Super Aguris. Unless they were running a very light fuel load, they are gonna be stronger than the factory Hondas. Or even the Williams.
And I think this season for Kimi will be like 2001-2004 for Schumacher. Without Barrichello's assistance of course.

Just finished watching. A pretty uneventful race except for DC's crash. Great job by Kimi, Alonso nd Hamilton. Kimi proving that hes the best around and with a reliable car can kill all competition. Pretty good job by Massa too after starting way back in the grid. Hamilton really doing well on his debut and IMO could have even finished second if the pitstops were planned differently.

Ferrari were in front and thats all that matters to me... clap:

Awesome race. Kimi dominated and brought back memories of Schumi domination. Ferrari are back and with a bang. Kimi must be a happy soul today. He was very quick always, all he needed was a reliable car and now he has it.

It was nice to see Mclaren where they belong at the top. Its good when you have a good fight at the top. Hamilton drove a great race. The rookie is truly impressive and I just loved way he took Fonso at turn 1. I really wanted to finished ahead of Fonso. Dont know what happened in the pits though. Nice drive by Massa to collect some points

Renault, well the magic has just seemed to fade away now. Great start to the season and coming up races should see some great competition.

Mclaren lead the contructors from Ferrari.

actually kimi was the same in mclaren except for the engine failures. even in the mclaren kimi used to dominate until his engine blew up or somthing.
