Looks kinda Audi-sh Hyundai-sh influenced front while the rear hasn't changed much.
Lost the earlier gangster look that it had(and i loved), but still i like this discreet, simple designs. Well, everything forgiven if they have changed the interior plastic quality.

It must be still retaining its Merc E-class underpinnings

I agree with Dicky, the car has lost its gangsterish looks. The new headlights does not gel with the overall design and the new grill makes the 300C looks more of a Chinese car.

Way too Chinese and way way too Hyundai than I ever expected a Chrysler to be and that too the daddy 300C. Displeased! The rear quarter is still livable but the upfront spoils it for the car. I'm always a "Love it or Hate it" design fan which is exactly what the previous 300 was. I'd still have the old one, of course the one which carries a SRT8 badge

Lost it's menacing front end, but looks not that bad. A honeycomb mesh grill can improve the overall character.

The 300C has lost its character by losing the front grille. The new grille is making it look like an out-dated Japanese model.

Notice the headlight design trend everyone has been following. Right from our umble Alto to the mighty 300C.

It has totally lost its charm. Looks umm, lets say 'weird' from the front! The headlamps seem too small for the front end. And the chrome looks yuck.
