Looks similar to the 2010 Lancer sold in the States.
I love it though! And the interiors look superb.
Will definitely give the new 2011 Fiesta a tough fight, but unless Chevy launches a diesel, the fiesta will have the upper hand.
I also expect the new fiesta to be better to drive, and more powerful.

I love how GM and Ford have re-structured after the bankruptcy. Their new cars look so appealing!

If the interiors and the posh look if maintained along with the price then fiesta, city and SX4 will have to run for their money. Wonderful catch @sid

Love the way the car looks inside and out, now only have to wait for the engines that will come to India, I hope it comes with good powerful engine choice in petrol as well as diesel.

Good find 'Sid'. The exteriors are well proportioned, as mentioned reminiscent of the Lancer for sure.

Though am a bit skeptical of the superbike style speedo console for all the Chevy's cars, for the beat it was gelling with the overall theme not here for sure. I personally do not like Chevy's decision to take it over to all cars.

front end looks very aggressive and interiors a mating between cruze and beat, thats a good looking sedan if mated with a good diesel engine would give all other sedans a run for their money.

Why is it that most of the time, all these cars look fabulous on pictures, but when they are released, and you get to see them in real life - they appear a tad bland.

Got one word for it - Wow! City will look bland in front of that. This is making my car decision more and more difficult.

Seriously Wow !

That car looks awesome and im glad they changed the read door handle to a regular one unlike the hatchback version of the new aveo which has it integrated in the window like the beat ! Wish Toyota would open there eyes to these modern sedans and see what what a blunder the ETIOS sedan would be. Although it may be a success if its pitted against the Manza and the Dzire. The New Aveo looks like a 8-10 Lakh Sedan to me and im sure its moving up to compete with the likes of the City, 2011 Fiesta and the Polo Sedan.

Agressive front! but look at the rest of the car. But interior looks superb and it can give tough fight to Fiesta, SX4, Linea and City.

Looks beautiful! The current one pales in comparison.

This will surely take the fight right upto City, Fiesta and SX4. Hope they don't chop and trim it in the name of cost cutting in the Indian version, thereby killing an excellent product. I can't wait to see this beauty on Indian roads. Look at those headlights! How will a red one look!!

Looks good overall, and nice interiors. But why are they copying the Ford Figo, with that dreadful RED dashboard? Ewww...

I also think the car has a very high waistline, making it look "chubbier" than it would otherwise.

Front end looks good, definately inspired by Mitsubishi. I din't like the wheel arch, doesn't gel with the design. Interriors are same as Cruz, Beat and upcoming U-VA!! That's not good.

With just petrol engine it will be very difficult to dent Honda city's sales. Its the diesel which will get the balance sheet rolling for Chevy.
