Poetry in motion indeed! I'm not a fan of vintage cars, yet the SSK is absolutely stunning.

Another entry from me = The Lamborghini Countach. Designed 4 decades ago. Looks mega even today. A car that's more Italian in nature than even a Ferrari. Wears great clothes, very particular about food (premium fuel), is temperamental and terribly impractical to live with. A true Italian, wot?

And the sound.....how many times I would have watched only the first scene of the Cannonball movie series. Speakers at full volume of course. If someone researched on the most popular car to adorn the bedroom walls of teenagers, this would be it.

I would truly agree to what you've said here GTO. I realized this even more when I purchased a diecast of it. The geometry is so vivid yet crude that its totally unrelated to anything on the planet. Truly remarkable.

IMHO only Miura and Ford GT could come close to being so unique in the same orbit like the countach. No offence to the 'other' beauties at all.

What's that thing on the hood, messing with the madness of the legendary Countach?

This is an awesome thread. Lots of amazingly beautiful cars. Total drool fest.

No compromises on this. For me its the W140.
It leaves all other cars red-faced.

Saw all the pictures.! IMO, some of the cars are underdogs and out of which i like the cadillac series in this one.

Sleek lines and totally corporate ( they mean business)
