You are correct sir! 1954. A slight difference in the hubcaps is the easiest clue

Oi Sacre Bleu,
Elle est une Renault Juvaquatre Fourgonnette Commerciale.
Il n'est pas facile, d'assigner un an, pour elle.
Ces véhicules ont été construits ŕ partir de 1937 jusqu'en 1960.

Seems to be from mid '40s... I am not sure about the design elements very much though, seems like another Italian design marvel.

Experts to provide some more digging here.

Well, according to the sparse info available on the net,DM Nacional was a Mexican marque which built coachbuilt cars.No record whether this was a limited production model whatsoever. Is this eligible for this thread?

Ok, since no guesses seem to be forthcoming, here are some hints:

1. ID 746 is the product of a now almost forgotten European Manufacturer which holds a unique distinction in the 24 hr Le Mans.

2. The 1.5 ltr OHV engine used in this car was very advanced for its age, and needed minor modifications for road and race use alike.

3. The car did not have a model name, or atleast no one remembers it having one. Its shape earned it a particular nickname, by which it is now officially known.
