Seems to be from mid '40s... I am not sure about the design elements very much though, seems like another Italian design marvel.

Well,according to the sparse info available on the net,DM Nacional was a Mexican marque which built coachbuilt cars.No record whether this was a limited production model whatsoever.Is this eligible for this thread?

Ok, since no guesses seem to be forthcoming, here are some hints:

1. ID 746 is the product of a now almost forgotten European Manufacturer which holds a unique distinction in the 24 hr Le Mans.
