All the answers have been incorrect. Let me add that the car was drafted in 1962 and manufactured in 1964 (although it was a limited production run). And it was definitely European.

The designer was German and there seems to be a Fiat connection.

Well after looking around for a long time i have been going around in circles and now I think the difficult ID:707 is a 1964 Fiat Abarth 2400 am i correct ?

It's not an Abarth. (The Fiat connection I mentioned is not that well pronounced in this case.) On top of that, the car is not an Italian product.

OK, how about a different angle then: if I told you the country of origin, you would have practically no trouble identifying the manufacturer.

Actually, I was more vague about the matter. The original company was split into subdivisions and the old name was discarded.

Alright then, ID:707 is a 1964 Steyr-Puch Adria TS designed by Werner Hölbl. Apparently, around 15 of those were manufactured.
