Ok Ill post the answer.

ID76:
It is the Marcos Mantis XP, a one-off racing car which proved very unsuccesful. I think it was only raced twice and retired both times. It was then locked and recovered only about 3 or 4 years ago.

Daymm.. u posted the answer Islero. My internet was down for the last 2 days. Could come online on MSN but couldnt browse any site.

There is actually a clue in the picture itself. You can actually see that Marcos Logo on the front of the car!!!
