Ahem..Well ID:599 is AGRALE MARRUA AM200(marrua stands for bull..rather mad bull),Off-road vehicle by Brazilian Manufacturer Agrale.
Created specifically to meet the Brazilian Armed Forces,it has limited no. of production for civilian use.Power is through MWM(supplies engines to GM/Nissan/Navistar) 2.8 liter, turbodiesel intercooler, with 132 horse power and 34 kgm of peak torque,the Marruá reaches a maximum speed of 120 km / h is from 0 to 100 km / h in just over 14 sec.
With body made of sheet steel chassis and also in high-strength steel, the Marruá weighs 1,960 kilograms and has a tank of 102 liters of fuel giving a range of 1,000 kilometers.

1985-90 rear-engined coupe that's not as rapid as the name would have you think, struggling to even touch 130, which is also it's model number - although this one looks like one of the souped-up pieces that could scorch! A spot of bother for the company in India these days. There's risk of being czech-mated!

I believe it's a mid-90s Mitsubishi L200? I may be wrong. Most of those Japanese pickups from that era looked alike, given the fact that is indeed Japanese...hopefully!
