Great find.
It appears to be a 46-7 Mercury. Am I right?

ID:421; 1962 Prince Skyline Sport Coupé

ID:421 is a 1962 Prince Skyline Sport Coupé [BLRA-3]

The 1962 Skyline Sport Coupé was a stylish coupé with a hand-built body.
It was styled by Michelotti of Turin.
Looked like a mix of Touring's Maserati Sebring and Lancia Flaminia Sport
It was also available in convertible version.

Had a 1.9 litre 1862 cc GB-30 engine, had a 2-bbl carburetor and produced 96 bhp and 154 N m.

A few hundred of these cars were built.

The two monochrome photos below are
from the 1963 Nippon Grand Prix at Suzuka Circuit.

the brown car is a 1929-30 Studebaker, most likely commander, and the green car is a Hupmobile of the same vintage.
are these in india? since they are right hand drive...

Pavan Kadam, I think thats a Jaguar XJ6..... I am not sure if it is series 2 or series 3.... because if I remember right, both had rectangular bumpers.

Experts please correct me if I am wrong.

Nope, its a Jag. A Daimler would have a different Radiator cowl. Also notice the leaping cat which would be absent in a Daimler.

Yup. Thats it. Kudos again GS for recognizing yet another car correctly.
It is indeed a XJ6/12 series III. More likely an XJ6 as V12's were very rarely imported in that time.
The other tell tale signs of it being a series III and not series II are
1) The vertical slats only, front grille
2) Absence of the quarter glass on the front window.
3) The bumper which was mostly rubber (bottom part only with integrated parking lamps and signal indicators) with only the top portion being of hard chromed steel.

These are all that can be viewed from the picture, hence making it a series III

Thats a Triumph 1800 Roadster. Neat shot. A similar car recently attended the Hyderabad Rally, and appeared in the movie Guru.

EDIT - please go through the directives at the beginning of the thread to follow nomenclature. This would be ID 425
