Didn't the Fiat 125s come with a dual headlight set up? i.e, 2 headlights on either side,in a chrome encasing.

No, it is not the Fiat 125. The Fiat 125 looked like a quad headlamp version of the Premier 118NE. Check this:

no..the 118NE was derived from the fiat 124...and the 125 did have a coupe version..which looked quite like the car given in this thread..

true, the 118 is essentially the 124, but so was the 125. Agreed, there are many versions, this is one of them

Early 1970s Fiat coupés

Among the Fiat coupés of comparable size,
there was a Fiat 124 coupé which was produced and sold in Europe


1972 Fiat 124 coupé

and a Fiat 125 coupé which was produced and sold exclusively in Argentina


1973 Fiat 125 coupé

Of course there was also a Fiat 128 coupé produced and sold in Europe.


1972 Fiat 128 Rallye coupé


But...
