Mercedes Unimog

Does anyone know which is the most reliable Mercedes Benz vehicle ever built.No its not the S-class or the G-Wagen.It is this...

UNIMOG in German stands for Universal Motorized Implement .Most of these extra capable 4x4 built from the 50's are still in use today.Costing above 90K $ these are specially built 4x4 vehicles available in many platforms and cab designs.see these links for more information.

Looking at the pics, the trucks seem to have the capability to be ordered for a specific purpose. Am sure it must be really versatile vehicle.

Hummer's dad. Were used for everything from desert recons to mobile military radio stations. Most hardcore MB fans are in awe of the bloody things. Combine the go-anywhere of an American Hummer with the Teutonic build quality of (old!) Mercs. Impressed yet?
