This tuner you mentioned certainly has high hopes. If Lamborghini sues this tuning firm, Lamborghini will lose the case the same day!

Haha these Chinese people really don't stop at anything! That's a fail to try and copy the Lambo, they ought to stay within their limits.

P.S. Bumblebee are you an Indian student in China?

i dont see any reason why a tuner modifying the exteriors is a crime ? we have so many in India including DC who modify normal cars into such wannabe super cars

A bunch of Bumblebee wannabes!!!

The Chinese Replicas Thread-yellowcamaro6.jpg

Over the weekend, a few ‘Camaro fans’ got together to go on a Camaro cruise across Shanghai in their Camero-esque cars, even the Chevrolet Cruze was in.

Not a bad job on the enzo look alike. Much better than our very own crappy DC designs.
wont say the same about the lambo wannabe. It looks like its made out of cardboard.
And the bumble bee get together is kinda cool nothing wrong in it. If you find it weird you should check our very own weird and wacky cars thread

Honda Accord SR-9

The Chinese Replicas Thread-hondasr9.jpg

The SR-9 may look like an Acura TSX with a slightly different nose job, but it was actually designed between Honda and Guangzhou Auto in an effort to make cars that are more suited to local tastes.
The SR-9 will be getting the choice of either a 2.0L or a 2.4L 4cylinder engine when sales begin.
The SR-9 measures (LxWxH) 4730×1840x1450mm with a wheelbase of 2705mm. The regular Accord on the other hand measures 4945 x 1845 x 1480 and has a wheelbase of 2800mm.
Expected to hit market in the second half of this year.

Its not a crime but plain stupid, any heavy exteriror modifications that make one car look like another deserves zero respect. As far as Dc goes you should know he has very little respect.

Tong Jian S11 Hybrid

The Chinese Replicas Thread-chineses11sportscar2.jpg
It is known as the S11 from Tong Jian – which incidentally also seems to be the name of a popular Chinese figure skater – this hybrid sports car looks production ready. Details on the coupe's powertrain are extremely scarce, but is repored that all four wheels are powered in some manner, presumably through a combination of electric motors and internal combustion.

It's obvious that the S11's designers have looked to the Audi R8 and any number of recent Ferraris for design inspiration, both inside and out.
If CCT's sources are correct, design work on the Tong Jian S11 has been completed and the hybrid sports car is headed for production at an unknown plant in Changchun city in short order.

Now thats is design copying to the exterme. An entire car range based on copied designer.I guess a car designer will find it very tough to find a job in china.
