Hyundai revealed the next-generation of the Nexo, its hydrogen powered car, at the 2025 Seoul Mobility Show. It gets a completely new design, which is based on the new 'Art of Steel' design language.

The all-new Nexo is longer, wider and taller than its predecessor, resulting in improved passenger comfort and increased rear cargo capacity, with a maximum of 993 liters.

Sustainable materials are used throughout the vehicle, including bio-process leather, bio PU leather, recycled PET fabric, linen fabric, bio plastic, bio TPO skin, bio paint, bio PU slab foam, and recycled automotive plastic waste.

The hydrogen fuel cell stack now delivers maximum gross power of 110 kW, a 16 percent increase, while the new electric motor provides up to 150 kW. The total output has been elevated from 135 kW to 190 kW, while the battery’s output has doubled from 40 kW to 80 kW. These improvements contribute to a faster 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 7.8 seconds compared to 9.2 seconds of the previous Nexo. The hydrogen tank capacity has been increased to 6.69 kg, up from 6.33 kg in the previous generation car. European-specification models of the all-new NEXO offer towing capability of up to 1,000 kg.

Features include twin 12.3 inch screens, wireless Android Auto and CarPlay, 14-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system, 12-inch HUD, dual wireless chargers, digital key with NFC, digital IRVM and ORVMs, V2L etc. Safety features include 9 airbags, ADAS and more.

The Nexo will be available in six colors: Creamy White Pearl, Phantom Black Pearl, Amazon Gray Metallic, Ocean Indigo Matte, Ecotronic Gray Pearl, and Goyo Copper Pearl.

Don't want to get into the battle of who's copying whom, but that interior (particularly the shape of the dash and the air vents) almost immediately reminded me of the GWM Ora Cat.
