Nice. But whats stopping Honda from doing an Evolution? An all-wheel-drive turbo Civic would be awesome and realistic, considering the much poorer Mitsubishi can pull it off.

Why is that space-challenged countries get the fastest cars as a rule?

Infractions: 0/1 (10)

i dont recall any honda car with 4wd.either they are fwd (integra, civic) or rwd(s2000,nsx).
maybe its against honda's design philosphy to make an awd.
i could be wrong though.
i saw the latest best motoring video of the civic type r.it clocked faster lap times than the ,integra typer dc2,s2000,350z around the tsukuba circuit.

That is so true. Also the MUGEN RR is 38000USD in JAPAN. THAT IS A LOT. Understood its 240bhp and all but all that comes at ultra high revs. Compare that to a turbo evo or wrx sti those cars cost the same on the road and all you guys know how they perform.
I've driven the civic si which is essentially the same type-r engine in the mugen rr but only develops 200bhp. It seriously lacks torque. u have to rev harddd....unlike the evo or sti which after the turbo lag (beyond 3000rpm) there's lack of nothing.

i dont know do you guys agree at all?

Remember reading somewhere that AWD was a weak link that led to the failure of the Legend.

And the next Legend might be RWD

dude the LEGEND is the ACURA RL.
TL is like a TSX with a v6 but front wheel drive.
RL is all wheel drive and costs a whopping 50K usd with all the goodies.

Right, I was thinking Vigor. I dont like the older generation RL's but the new ones just looks awesome.
NitpicK: TL is not like TSX with bigger engine, but TSX is like TL with smaller engine

1min 6.6secs around Tsukuba is quicker than an S2000 and just 2 secs off the NSX R's lap time. Pretty impressive, considering it's a FWD.

Mugen RR is awesome looking. Just look at the RPM needle at 8500 red-line. Looks beautiful.
