BMW has taken the wraps off the all new, second generation 2-Series Active Tourer, codenamed the U06.
BMW 218i Active Tourer:
Three-cylinder petrol engine, seven-speed Steptronic dual-clutch transmission.
Capacity: 1,499 cc.
Output: 100 kW/136 hp at 4,400 – 6,500 rpm.
Max. torque: 230 Nm (170 lb-ft) at 1,500 – 4,000 rpm.
Acceleration [0 – 100 km/h (62 mph)]: 9.0 seconds.
BMW 220i Active Tourer:
Three-cylinder petrol engine, 48V mild hybrid technology, sevenspeed Steptronic dual-clutch transmission.
Capacity: 1,499 cc.
Output: 125 kW/170 hp, developed by the combination of the combustion engine with up to 115 kW/156 hp at 4,700 – 6,500 rpm and the electric motor with up to 14 kW/19 hp.
Max. torque: 280 Nm (206 lb-ft), developed by the combination of the combustion engine with up to 240 Nm (177 lb-ft) at 1,500 – 4,400 rpm and the electric motor with up to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).
Acceleration [0 – 100 km/h (62 mph)]: 8.1 seconds.
BMW 223i Active Tourer:
Four-cylinder in-line petrol engine, 48V mild hybrid technology, seven-speed Steptronic dual-clutch transmission.
Capacity: 1,998 cc.
Output: 160 kW/218 hp, developed by the combination of the combustion engine with up to 150 kW/204 hp at 5,000 – 6,500 rpm and the electric motor with up to 14 kW/19 hp.
Max. torque: 360 Nm (265 lb-ft), developed by the combination of the combustion engine with up to 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) at 1,500 – 4,000 rpm and the electric motor with up to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).
Acceleration [0 – 100 km/h (62 mph)]: 7.0 seconds.
BMW 218d Active Tourer:
Four-cylinder in-line diesel engine, seven-speed Steptronic dualclutch transmission.
Capacity: 1,995 cc.
Output: 110 kW/150 hp at 3,750 – 4,000 rpm.
Max. torque: 360 Nm (265 lb-ft) at 1,500 – 2,500 rpm.
Acceleration [0 – 100 km/h (62 mph)]: 8.8 seconds.
