Dodge Demon concept

The idea of this concept is to create an affordable Dodge sports car which merges the Dodge brand cues of bold design and powerful performance with an open-air “fun-to-drive” attitude.

The exterior design features muscular lines and 19 inch aluminium wheels, the signature Dodge crosshair grille that together with the headlamps produces a very aggressive look.
The concept is powered by a 2.4-litre gasoline engine which delivers 172 horsepower at 6000 rpm and 165 lb-ft (224 Nm) of torque at 4400 rpm.

The vehicle will be shown for the first time at 2007 International Motor Show in Geneva.

Unfortunately, unlike its competitors in the US Saturn Sky/Pontiac Solstice and Euro ones like Opel GT, this is bound to remain a concept only. This is only to exhibit the Dodge brand to the European customers, as they want to enter big time.
