Changes expected;

- Revised D8 architecture
- Land Rover will maintain the trademark styling with the distinctive sloping roofline and the high shoulders.
- Cleaner look that borrows cues from the larger Velar, including a set of pop-out door handles, better integrated bumpers and sleeker front and rear lights.
- Addition on Touch Pro Duo System
- Ingenium turbocharged petrol and diesel powerplants, featuring small updates for better fuel economy and CO2 emissions.
- JLR’s upcoming mild-hybrid powertrain, which pairs a three-cylinder 1.5-liter petrol engine with a small electric motor.
- Improvement in ride quality and comfort in order for the new Evoque to offer that “mini Range Rover” vibe.

Re: Spy Pics: Next Gen (2nd) Range Rover Evoque

Good to see a replacement coming for the oldest 60-lakh-rupee car! It's based on the Freelander2 which is an eye watering 12 years old . I've always wondered which customers would give styling such a priority that they'd overlook everything else.

Nonetheless, the Evoque was an astounding success that enjoyed long waiting periods worldwide, and gave big profits to Tata-JLR. The new one had better be as much of a fashion statement.
