I think this is not a misalignment. It is a part of a design. Even previous prototype has a same design.

Well, then it is very bad design. Even though misalignment/discontinuity is present on the left side it's not as bad as on the right side.

I saw this in the office the other day and was extremely critical, rather disbelieving, of the fact that the kit car produced 190ps at 6500rpm. Really?

That's motorsport figures or compares to turbocharing AND supercharging.
