Toyota creates a 2000 BHP monster from the Landcruiser If you thought the heading had an extra 0 against the BHP figure, read again! It's true! Toyota has indeed done the unthinkable.
The modified Landcruiser was built as part of Toyota's entry to the SEMA Show which is an acronym for Specialty Equipment Market Association, a show where manufacturers display custom builds using mainstream models and even participate in competitions for custom builds.
Adding a Garett turbocharger on each bank of the 5.7 litre V8, along with specially designed inlets in the bonnet has helped the beast attain these mindblowing figures, with a reported top whack of 220 mph.
Make way if you see this monster in your rear view mirror. More info and pics: Source1 Source2 |
