The Porsche segment in episode4 was neat. The sustainable cars portion was a taking a "dig" at BBC for their ultra eco-mentalist attitude towards Topgear. Was boring though.

Official app for Android and iOS also available on the respective stores. I was using the US account, just deleted that and the app and reinstalled in Indian ones. Works same and same functionalities.

I tried watching The Grand Tour on the Prime Video app but the quality of video is too low. No matter what I do, it doesn't stream in HD. I've tried all settings and have a fast WiFi.

Anyone else facing the same issues?

I changed the settings right at the beginning but it streamed in low res for a few seconds in the middle of my watching Grand Tour. A bug perhaps?
Reinstalling the app might help.

I'm hoping they release more content for the Indian Prime Video app as it's very minimal compared to what Netflix offers which itself isn't extensive by today's standards.
Although it's a perfect VFM Proposition considering other streaming applications in India.

'Morroccan Roll' really had the boys on a roll.

The digs were great all through out. I loved it.

The #4 Enviro-mental was only 30 minutes on Amazon. When I watched it, I didn't know what was cut. Guess the whole portion with sustainable cars was removed?

I watched all 4 episodes of Grand Tour on Prime in the US over the last 2 weeks when I was there.

This is like Vintage Top Gear with the three monsters. And there is a clear disregard for excessive political correctness too. I like that.

I see the episodes are also available on Prime here in India along with a lot of other lovely content as well.

However, while my Chromecast works beautifully with Netflix in India, on my TV off my iPad, I am unable to figure how to cast Amazon Prime content using Chromecast onto my TV here...

Stream Amazon Prime in Laptop/ Desktop in chrome and cast that tab to chromecast.

It was "censored" specially for Indiato avoid hurting "Indian cultural sentiments", as Jeremy's car used a lot of cattle parts.

Ideally a US internet-show's bovine treatment should not be of any concern / relevance to us intolerants. But it was quite informative that the body part could be stretched that much. I'm sticking to the US setting till the 36 episodes are over.

The 5th episode too, was less about cars (though the segments they drove in Morocco) were great. Jeremy did mention he had flown directly to Morocco from India (and I remember from a tweet that it had been a private flight) , so possibility of another India appearance?
