Thank you all for making me nostalgic. The rides are indeed awesome. Big fan of the R34. Moreover, I am a big fan of the 1st and 2nd movies because it was more car and oldschool and less of well ..everything else ! So big a fan that I pretty much remember most of the lines in those two movies.

And yes, i am not a big fan of folks milking the F&F franchise, every subsequent movie is taking the fun away from us auto-philes !

Clicked the below pics when taking my Sister's family to Universal Studios in Singapore. These 2 vehicles were displayed there for Fast & Furious 7 promotion. Not sure if these cars were really used in the movie or one of several models just built for promotion.

This is Arabia's 1st supercar & made by so called "W" motors(Beirut based company).

In one word, I found it to be "INCREDIBLE"

Doms Charger;



^ This is a 1970 Dodge Charger replica which is heavily modified to do some of the impossible stunt sequences you saw in the movie.
A total of 9 of them were used in the movie.

2015 Jeep Wrangler;


^ This armored Jeep Wrangler is driven by Tej ('Ludacris') during a key sequence in Fast 7.

1970 Plymouth Roadrunner;



^ Another muscle what Dom drove during the Maserati chase.

Wow Karan561 it was an awesome reading for me this saturday evening sipping evening coffee and igniting the memories of the f n f franchise bit by bit. As the thanks is due to the other co-sharers as well. Icing on the cake my friend got us the ticks for the late night show of this F7 tonight. Hope it doesn't disappoint. ( Reading the review elsewhere in this site ).

Well the most favorite art on wheels and lustworthy metal for me would be the Charger 1969 used in the F6 by Dom, otherwise the overall winner has to be the Chargers who have and I think will rule the roost in the future as well.

Saw Fast and Furious 7 last night. The movie as such isnt great. Jason Statham stole the show if you ask me and ofcourse the tribute to Paul Walker definitely gave that hollow feeling in the gut. Sad to know he wont be in the next one.

Of all the cars, my favourite is the LFA, though it is there only for a few seconds in Fast Five. That F1-like exhaust note is simply eargasmic. I wish Han would have driven it throughout the movie instead of other cars.

The above Supra was built by Eddie Paul at The Shark Shop in El Segundo, California.

The car is powered by a 3.0-liter inline-6 engine producing 220 horsepower that works via a 5-speed transmission. Its strength is augmented by the twin Holley Performance nitrous oxide bottles mounted in the rare compartment. The supra was expertly reinforced with a heavy-duty suspension, a full roll cage, competition seats and a Jaz Products fuel cell.

A Bomex body kit and APR wing, Dazz alloy wheels with Yokohama rubber and wild graphics by Modern Image of San Diego, all complete the big picture. Now, considering the seventh installment just grossed 1 billion dollars in just 17 days time, and that this was Paul Walker’s last movie we’re guessing this Supra will attract a great deal of attention.
