A better look at the rear
Bugatti has officially named the Veyron's successor 'Chiron'. Making its debut at the 2016 (86th) Geneva motor show, the supercar has been named after Louis Chiron, a legendary racing driver who won several major GPs for the brand in the 1920s and 1930s.

After seeing those, this was the first thing that came to mind.
After several spy shots and an official confirmation of the car's name, Bugatti has released a teaser of its next hypercar.

The Chiron is finally released & here are the first pictures straight from its global debut on the eve of the Geneva motor show;
Specs;
Its a quad turbo 8.0-liter W16 engine delivering 1,500 hp @ 6,700 rpm and a road bending 1,600 Nm of torque, which is available from 2,000 rpm all the way to 6,000 rpm :thumbs up

Top speed is 420 km/h clap:
The driver can choose between five driving modes: Lift, Auto, Autobahn, Handling and Top Speed.
The Lift mode increases the ride height for speed bumps, while in Auto, Autobahn and Handling modes the top speed is limited.
To engage Top Speed mode, the car requires a ‘Speed Key’, which alters the engine management system to provide the claimed 420 kph maximum.
Tyres: Front - 285/30 R20 ZR, Rear - 355/25 R21 ZR.
The production of Chiron will be at Bugatti’s headquarters in Mosheim, France & will be limited to 500 units.

Looks Nice to me. Looks better than a Veyron to me.
So they are not going after the 434 KMPH record by the Veyron SS, atleast in the standard version? Interesting!!

Looks too cartoonish (especially those headlights). Anyway looks are subjective and apart from that the specs are mental! How do they get the permission to build such cars for production?
It's main aim is top speed and in that department it's the best. Bugatti, oh Bugatti!
Inspiration from the Atlantic is pretty evident and the car looks quintessentially Bugatti however my grouse with the styling is the sharp tail section which when viewed from the side or behind, just looks out of place on a Bugatti. The lighting looks sharp and fresh, but again, out of place on a Bugatti. The headlights and tail lights simply don't exude class and would instead look more at home on a Lancer Evo or Acura.
