Saab Aero X Concept

A week before its debut at the 2006 Geneva Motor Show, pictures of the gorgeous Saab Aero-X have leaked onto enthusiast websites across the internet. This two-seat siren boasts the sexiest shape ever seen on a Saab. The opening canopy is certainly a head turner, even if it may be a too-obvious attempt to play up the brand’s aircraft heritage. The wheels are killer eleven-spoke beauties, and all lighting, inside and out, is LED. Alas, a sexy new sports car is not in the Saab product plan. But let’s hope the Aero-X signals the design direction for future Saabs.

Engine - BioPowered 2800cc, 2.8liter V6, BiTurbo
Power - 400bhp@ 5000rpm, 369nm@ 2000rpm
0 to 60 - 4.9seconds
Top Speed - 155 mph | 249.4 km/h (limited)

karthik - I had clicked pictures of this ride at the new york auto show and posted some for the memebers here. This was on April 22nd. The car sure is a BOMBDIGITY! It was one of the most attractive car at the show.

Saw this on some news channel today featuring some car show. The car looks good.

Hope it manages to create some interst or revive Saab. I think this is their last resort, because they really are in trouble!!
