2015 MINI Clubman MPV Gets Production-Ready!







Not only is the new Clubman bigger, but it's also got one extra door for a total of six. The only MINI without a rear hatch has side-hinged doors like a van, so take care when opening it in tight spaces.

This MINI wagon/estate comes with a split gate with side-opening doors and will offer considerably more cargo space. It will likely receive the same engines as the regular model, including a 134 bhp (100 kW) 3-cylinder 1.5-liter, a 114 bhp (85 kW) 3-cylinder 1.5-liter diesel and a 189 bhp (141 kW) 4-cylinder 2.0-liter turbo also available with 217 bhp (162 kW).

2015 MINI Five-Door Hatch F55 Exposed Undressed!



According to sources the new car should be at least 50mm longer than the three-door F56, with the newly found space aiding rear passenger legroom and to a lesser degree the cargo area too.

Mini may offer both a two-seat and a traditional three-seat bench layout for the rear compartment.

Also note: This is not a CLUBMAN, but a Mini 5 door hatch

This new strategy could also result in Mini moving upmarket and away from its current pricing strategy.A hatchback to compete in the VW Golf class, is possible.
