If I also recollect correctly, you were running drag slicks as opposed to Viper's street stock tyres.
Thank you so much.. i apologize for wasting your time. peace out ..

The track is called Community Funk by Deadmau5.

Rehaan likes Electro eh?
And Sohail, Bob Sinclar does NOT sound like that by a long shot.

I assume it's the owner of the car. But I also assume he got some instruction and track time in AU after the car was built and before it was shipped to India.

If I remember correctly, it was indeed Gautam Singhania, the owner of the car who made the sub-10 sec run. He was driving on the first run for sure; I saw the second from behind the start line, so can't say for sure.

Did not see anyone post about this here. Anyone knows what happened to the Gixxer 1000 which crashed in this speedrun? It looked like a total loss. Hope he got the insurance for that one.

Hi Vikram,

You are right it was me wheel spinning all the way into 3rd gear. Imagine all that happening without Vtec working. God only knows how much time I would have gained had Vtec been working and with slightly higher boost levels(was dragging @7 PSI during SR). Now that the LSD is installed need to work on getting the Vtec functional and then see what times I achieve what say.

Don't need to change my setup as was anyways running on daily setup.

If im right, that very Gixxer did another run sans its trim that was broken/damaged due to the crash/skid within a short period. So it was not a total loss after all. Thank God for the rider and his bike.
