Thanks for the info GTO. Last time we were struggling to get some adventurous team outing and ended up in a resort.This time we can pass this info to our HR and team outing planners.

Friends, need some advice.

I have been enthrusted by senior mgmt to arrange for a team building exercise for this year which will be most probably in the months of Aug and Sept. Cannot be before that or after that because monsoon being a lull period in offshore oil & gas operations.

Some basic inputs.
1) Team of 25.
2) Can be near Mumbai but within 250 kms range. If more then has to be at place where travel would be by air. Preferably no Lonavala, Khandala, Nashik
3) Can be outside Mumbai but then logistical expenses would decide the feasibility of going there.
4) Team building activities could be indoor & outdoor.

I am aware that the period I am looking is in monsoon, but expect to be a receeding time.

Please suggest.
