My neighbour's i20. This happened last week, the 8 months old car with under 4k on the clock refused to start at around 1:30pm. We tried to start it but it was of no use. The engine used to ignite and go off in a split second. Without any hit and trial, we called the Hyundai helpline and a two truck was at our place within one and a half hour.

The car was towed to deep Hyundai workshop at peera garhi. The mechanic tried to start the car but it refused to start. Next time, he pulled the accelerator wire from the engine bay and asked me to start and the car started. Dont know what the bug was but all was well. The ECU was also scanned to see if every thing was ok and it was. The revert time was incredible, we came back home at 5:30. Excellent support, I must say.

^^ They got the car back, good! But, the problem is, once a car fails, you never know when it will fail again.. "My car can fail, my car can fail" is all I can think of after that.. My experience with my Sentra (not Santro) ...

Few weeks back saw this on my way to office. This is on Pune Bangalore bypass near Wakad on outskirts of Pune. Looks like a Porsche Boxster? Not sure if it was break down or just being transported to Mumbai. Even the flatbed was Mumbai registered. Truck was definetly going towards Mumbai.

Welcome the British to the party!
(spotted somewhere just outside of Jalandhar)

Is Dada Motors also a Jaguar Dealer? Are they still Tata-Fiat dealers? Or are they just the flatbed truck service company here?

Yes, Dada Motors is the Tata/Fiat dealer in Jalandhar and Jaguar/Land Rover dealer in Ludhiana, with their own flat beds.

I guess, that Jaguar was a brand new.

It must be. But I think I saw a no. plate, so it may not be on that truck for fresh delivery. Anyways what is confirmed is that there is atleast one big Jag in Jalandhar.

Jalandhar has a lot of hidden stuff. What open out there are Limos because they can't conceal them!

R8 on flatbed :D
