Hi, I don't have the Shield so I will only comment on specific items:
Service intervals are strictly followed at Skoda and anything more than 500/1000 km and/or 1 week/2 weeks is considered to be a 'no-show'. However, I'm not sure if the Skoda system blocks the service out or whether the workshop has the right to take the call. In my opinion, 1 month delay was irresponsible on your behalf.
AC vent: you are lucky. Mine broke after 14 months and Skoda denied replacement. Asked me to pay 7k which was not accepted by me.
Other Shield owners can no doubt help you on the remaining bits.
