Toyota to expand it's used car business "Toyota U Trust" in India

Toyota India is expanding its used car business "Toyota U Trust" with 20 outlets spreading across 15 cities in India this year. This will give customers a chance to exchange their old car for a new Toyota. Potential buyers can also go in for used Toyota cars from "Toyota U Trust" outlets. "Toyota U Trust" launched in Chennai, Bangalore, New Delhi and Mumbai in 2007-08.

Some of the highlights of "Toyota U Trust":

Certification for used cars from "Toyota U Trust".
Certified Toyota cars will come will a 1 year/15,000 km warranty.
Warranty is provided on the engine and gearbox of the certified cars.
Three labour free services at all Toyota dealerships anywhere in the country.
Various finance options will be made available for buying cars from "Toyota U Trust".

Ok so this will be something like Maruti's True Value right?

I have no question on the performance of the Toyota car's in India. - Good move from Toyota.

Toyota expands its Used Car Operations to 21 Outlets. By March 2013, the brand's pre-owned network will have presence through 35 dealers in 25 cities.

Dealerships were inaugurated in Faridabad and Chennai today. Thirty Six Toyota, Faridabad, has a dedicated showroom for the buying & selling of pre-owned cars. Lanson Toyota, Chennai, opened its second independent Toyota U Trust facility at Nandanam. You can trade in cars of any make with Toyota U Trust.
