Well, I am not sure about any Fiat showroom opposite Shopper's Stop in Shivajinagar, I would have known because I almost visit it twice a week. My old office used to be there and I still give my 2 wheeler for servicing to Kothari which is in the same complex.

Is this blue same as the new orleans blue? got any pics

Specs looks fantastics as much as the pics says!

@Sid
Any FIAT import accessories available for GP, like the turkey version sporty alloys etc?

I hope TATA has been trained enough to handle GP at their service bays!

TATA please don't kill this beauty like you doing with Palio!

The B U Bhandari showroom at Wakdewadi is in front of Bajaj showroom - about a kilometer down from Shopper's stop (towards Khadki) and on the other side.
By the way, they have FIATs on display only occasionally - it is their Pashan showroom which has regular FIATs on show. But the problem is servicing is neither done for FIAT at Wakdewadi / Pashan - it is only at Wakad.
I am also eagerly awaiting the Punto to arrive - the showroom guys at Wakdewadi are much more helpful (than at Pashan or at Pandit Auto).
By the way, why didn't TATA allow Pratham Motors to display FIAT cars? After all the highway is the place where most of the big daddies have their showroom - TOYOTA, HONDA, GM - all on the same stretch!!

had a peek at the much awaited punto at showroom in pune. the car looks absolutely stunning... better than any car currently on the indian roads. the features seem great. hope they price it well.

some observations

the styling is really contemporary. very italian. very sporty.

the interiors seemed spacious and comfortable. the seats seemed good and tall (unlike the jazz which the front seats are so low that it gives a feeling you are seated on the floor)

the boot space is ok (280ltrs). the opening for the boot seemed even narrower and not very easy to load.

the top end version we saw was fully loaded with feature. the alloys looked good.

read somewhere that the minimum turning radius is 5.4 m. thats pretty huge. does anyone know for sure about this?

Yupp! I got the call as well. Sadly I am at work and probably won't be able to make it before Wednesday morning. But look at the bright side, I might just get a TD on that day and if all is well, book one right on the spot. The choice is between the Metallic Blue and Hip-Hop Black for me.

PS: I need to talk to you about a few things regarding the dealership. Please PM me your number.

The alloys are the new snow flakes design. The Blue and Red colors look hot on the car. 2 days wait for the price seem to be a long ones, if price aggressively, Punto is a hit.
come on FIAT, we need more updates about Punto on the website .
